What happens to our data if we leave? +
You can export Score Cards, pipeline data, recordings, and journals in CSV or PDF for 90 days after cancellation. Your Industry Pack content stays yours.
How does CRM integration work? +
Salesforce integration launches with beta. HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Dynamics are on the roadmap. Essentials supports manual export while integrated workflows are in beta.
Mobile vs. desktop, what works where? +
Everything works on both. Reps default to mobile in the field. Managers default to desktop for Manager Command Center and Pipeline Intelligence.
